There are several possible causes.
?EAre you pressing the push-button properly?
The button is separate from the LED display. Press and hold the button (for 2 seconds or longer) and see if the power turns on.
If this does notwork...
Remove the activity tracker from the wristband, and try pressing the button again.
?EIs the activity tracker charged?
Fully charge the activity tracker, and then press and hold the push-button on the activity tracker again (for 2 seconds or longer) to check if it turns on.
If the activity tracker will not charge (the charging lamp does not light up), clean the charging terminal with a cotton bud or similar, and try charging it again.
