Try the following to see if the activity tracker will communicate with your smartphone:
- On your smartphone,check that Bluetooth is turned on. Turn it on if it is turned off.
- Move the activity tracker and smartphone closer together when communicating.
- Make sure there are no objects (especially metallic objects) between the activity tracker and your smartphone.
- Check that you are not near a microwave or an object that emits radio waves such as a radio transceiver. If you are, move away from these objects and try communicating again.
- Check that you are not near any wireless LAN devices. If you are, move away from them and try communicating again.
- Check that you are not near any broadcasting stations or any other facilities that use radio waves. If you are, move away from them and try communicating again.
- Restart the smartphone and activity tracker and try communicating again.
- Unpair the devices,restart them and try communicating again. (Android devices only)
