For example, it’s possible that its efficiency, output retention time, etc. may not meet the standard specification values at low temperatures within the startup guarantee.
There is also a possibility that some characteristics such as load fluctuation and ripple noise, which are controlled by their maximum values, may deviate from the standard specification.
Depending on the product, the startup and shutdown may be repeated before the output starts up.
