I forgot my password. What should I do?

A. If you forget your password, please reset it.

  2. 2. The URL for resetting your password will be sent to your registered email address. Please enter your new password in the URL.

  • * The link in the email message is valid for 24 hours.
  • * You must go through the resetting process again if you do not access the link within 24 hours. 
  • * Please repeat the resetting process if you do not receive the email message after one hour as you may have entered the wrong email address.
  • * If you do not receive the email message in your inbox even though you have entered the correct email address, it may have automatically been directed to your spam folder. Therefore, please check your spam folder.
  • * Configure the specified email reception settings at [@tdk.co.jp] when you specifies the domain you will be receiving email from.
