I have registered for email newsletter subscription but am unable to view members-only articles.
A.You will be registered as an email newsletter member if “Member-only content access, inquiries, etc.” is unchecked under “Services I want to use” on the member information update page.
If you check Member-only content access, inquiries, etc.” and fill in the “Customer Information,” your membership grade will be changed to VIP member.
* After changing membership grade, it is necessary to logout and login again to enable the services.
