A. Insulation / withstand voltage tests can cause deterioration and require special attention. In input systems, output systems, and FG (frame grounding), it is necessary to execute them with the same potentials in the systems (short in the same systems).
A preferable test device is one that starts up gently when the test is ON and automatically discharges charged energy when it is OFF. Please use resistance of 100kW to 1MW when discharging energy manually after a test (please avoid discharging with low impedance as it may cause deterioration).
Sufficient safety measures for preventing electric shock are also necessary in any of these cases.
