A. The CHS series humidity sensors use variable resisting humidity sensing elements that have an impedance temperature change ratio which exceeds that of NTC thermistors and also achieve stable detection characteristics across a wide range. Furthermore, through logarithmic compression of impedance changes in humidity, the sensors compress the deterioration of detection sensitivity caused by factors such as environmental factors. This enables the sensors to achieve outstanding stability that adheres to initial characteristics over the long term.
