Deadline for application for reservation confirmation
(1) The application deadline for reservation confirmation (main application) is as follows
- (Definition of days : Based on the calendar shown in the reservation status on our website)
- If you make a tentative reservation more than 11 days before the test date . . . 17:00 10 days prior to the test date
- If you make a tentative reservation 10~2 days before the test date . . . 17:00 on the following day
- If you make a tentative reservation the day before the test date . . . Tentative reservations will not be accepted.
- Reservations will bd confirmed upon receipt of the test application form.
- *If the test application form is not received in time by the expiration date, it will be released automatically. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- (1) Cancellation fees will be charged from 9 days prior to the test date after the reservation is confirmed (main application).
- (2) In the event of cancellation, cancellation fees set for each room will be charged.
- (i) 10m method anechoic chamber . . . ¥250,000
- (ii) 3m method anechoic chamber . . . ¥150,000
- (iii) Shield Room . . . ¥100,000
- (3) In the event that a customer makes multiple reservations for the same date, the handling of tentative reservations, confirmed reservations (main reservations), cancellations, and cancellation fees shall be as follows
- (i) Automatic release of a tentative reservation is based on the first scheduled use date. When a tentative reservation is automatically released, all dates reserved by the customer are automatically released at the same time.
- (ii) Please make sure to confirm your reservation (application) based on the date of your first scheduled use.
- (iii) If the customer cancels the application after the reservation has been confirmed (the application), all the reserved dates will be cancelled at the same time.
- (iiii) In the event that a cancellation fee is incurred due to a cancellation after a reservation has been confirmed (main application), the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the first day of the reservation.
- (iiiii) (In the event of cancellation of the remaining scheduled days of use after the start of use, the first day of use shall be the scheduled day of use closest to the date of cancellation among the remaining scheduled days of use.)
- (iiiiii) No cancellation fee will be charged for all scheduled dates of use.
- (4) After receiving the test application form, the schedule can be changed only once. The schedule cannot be changed again.
Remarks
- （1）Facility usage charges are applied from 9AM to 5PM.
- （2）After business hours, overtime charges described above will be added for each hour.
- （3）Test report preparation charges include costs for mailing the reports.
- （4）Facility use may be restricted depending on the test content.
- （5）Consumption tax is not included in the charges above. Consumption tax will be added to the invoice.
- （6）Always our test engineer and/or operator operate our testing equipment.
