Application Deadline for Reservations
(1) The application deadlines for reservations are as follows.
- • If a provisional reservation is made 21 or more business days before the scheduled test date: By 17:00 on the 20th business day before the scheduled test date
- • If a provisional reservation is made between 20 and 3 business days before the scheduled test date: By 17:00 on the 2nd business day after the provisional reservation date
- • From 2 business days before the scheduled test date onward: Provisional reservations will not be accepted
- *The formal reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of the Test Application Form.
- *If we do not receive the Test Application Form by the reservation application deadline, the provisional reservation will be automatically released. In this case, no cancellation fee will be incurred.
- *Business days are based on the calendar indicated in the "Reservation Status" section on our website.

Restrictions on Use Due to Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- ・If customer-initiated cancellations, whether for confirmed or provisional reservations, total 20 days or more
within the same project (or department) during a single fiscal year (April to the following March), usage may be restricted.
We will contact you separately regarding any further usage restrictions. - ・In the event that usage restrictions are imposed, all current reservations will be cancelled.
Remarks
- （1）Facility usage charges are applied from 9AM to 5PM.
- （2）After business hours, overtime charges described above will be added for each hour.
- （3）Test report preparation charges include costs for mailing the reports.
- （4）Facility use may be restricted depending on the test content.
- （5）Consumption tax is not included in the charges above. Consumption tax will be added to the invoice.
- （6）Always our test engineer and/or operator operate our testing equipment.
