Texas Instruments WEBENCH^® Designer is an online circuit design tool.

Select Power.
Enter the values of your required design.
Click Start Design.
If you need to create multiple design outputs, click Power Architect and enter values or add loads, as required.
After the result are shown (in Power Architect page), you can click the optimizer to tune your selection based on desired features (such as space saving/high efficiency/cost).
