Q.
What is low temperature demagnetization?
- Magnets >
- Ferrite Magnets
A. The Hcj has a negative temperature coefficient with ferrite magnets so it decreases on the low temperature side. Although it also depends on factors such as material and shape, irreversible demagnetization that occurs on the low temperature side (demagnetization that cannot be reversed even if it is returned to room temperature) is known as low temperature demagnetization.
