I registered for myTDK but have not received an email notifying me of the completion of my temporary registration.

A. If you have not received an email notifying you of the completion of your temporary registration, please check the following.

  • ■The reply is recognized as spam
    It can be classified as spam depending on the features and settings of your security and email software programs, and email service.
  • ■You entered an incorrect email address
    Probably you could not receive a reply because of the incorrect email address. In that case, please repeat the registration process.
  • ■Please check your e-mail receiving settings
    If you have set up to receive emails only from specific domains, please set up to allow receiving emails from "@tdk.com".
    If you are using a company or school e-mail address, please contact the relevant IT department.

※The email notifying you of the completion of your temporary registration will expire in 24 hours after the delivery.
If you cannot complete your registration process before the deadline, please repeat the registration process.
