A. The primary side fuse is in the live side (L phase).
Fuses on live sides can melt when there are short circuits between L-FG or N-FG inside power supplies.
The primary side fuse is in the live side (L phase) because there is the possibility of electric shock with fuses not melting when there are short circuits between L-FG or N-FG if the fuse is in the neutral side (N phase).
