Please explain the precautions for the remote controlling of the ON/OFF statuses of the /R option.

A. The ON/OFF statuses cannot be controlled through contract controlling with the/R option. (Turning the system ON/OFF with a switch or relay)
External voltage must therefore be supplied if contract controlling has been used up to now.
Please check what method has been used for controls when making a replacement.
