A.Conducting a withstand voltage test without connecting the input and output sides
may result in the incorrect application of voltage and potentially lead to power supply failure.
It is imperative to connect each the input and output sides as specified in the user manual before conducting the test.
Additionally, be aware that during testing with the output side open, a surge in output voltage may occur momentarily.
