The vibration sensor unit can easily measure and collect data on the vibration state of equipment and machinery in factories, etc. By incorporating a MEMS accelerometer, it is a compact and lightweight vibration sensor with a high degree of freedom in installation locations. The sensor is compatible with PC and PLC interfaces (USB, RS422) and performs FFT processing on the sensor side, thus reducing the computational load on the external connection. The API also makes it easy to incorporate the sensor into any application and process the data. The sensor part is dustproof and waterproof equivalent to IP67, and can be fixed with screws, magnets, or adhesives. The communication method can be either wireless or wired, and in the case of wireless, the communication distance can be extended by using a repeater. In this way, we offer systems with configurations suitable for the customer's operating environment.
