A. [Cause (1)] Input-output wiring:
Long wiring or wiring where the input and output are not isolated lead to the generation of noise.

[Cause (2)] The input voltage is low:
The ripple and noise increase when the input voltage becomes low.

[Cause (3)] The load current is high:
The ripple and noise increase when there is excessive load.
