Please explain the checkpoints for when the outputs are unstable.

A. [Cause (1)] The connection of the terminals is incomplete:
The output is unstable due to factors such as loose screws in the output terminals or load terminals, or poor contact due to rust.

[Cause (2)] The over current protection function is operating:
The over current protection function operates in cases such as when the load is short or when there are excess load currents.

[Cause (3)] A current value below the minimum output current:
When a V1 (5V) output current is below the minimum output current with a multi-output power supply, there are cases where regular voltages are not being outputted with other outputs.
