CeraDiode® is a semiconductive multilayer ceramic component for the ESD protection of data, audio and video lines, ICs, and I/O ports in electronic devices. New series are designed especially for the ESD protection of LED light sources. As an alternative to silicon-based semiconductor protection devices such as Zener and TVS diodes, CeraDiode offers technical advantages and is in many cases a drop-in replacement for the above-mentioned semiconductors. The product range includes single components and arrays.
