Static/dynamic compensation function that can automatically make corrections with a precision of 0.05°
No matter which sensor is used, compensation work for deterioration of angle accuracy due to assembly errors required engineers to make great efforts.
An automatic compensation function was incorporated into the TAD2141 as a means of significantly reducing the effort required.
In addition to achieving automatic correction of differences at the time of installation using static compensation, the sensors are equipped with automatic dynamic compensation processing as against angle error due to changes in environmental temperature and aging. This contributes to the creation of systems with angular reliability that is strong against environmental changes with a view to creating long lifespans.
Static Compensation
Static compensation achieves angle errors of just 0.05° in response to deviations of up to 1.0 millimeters caused by assembly error
Dynamic Compensation
Dynamic compensation always corrects for temperature characteristic changes and aging of the sensor during angle detection, maintaining good angle accuracy.
