    Motor protection sensors are PTC limit temperature sensors which are designed to be directly mounted within the windings of electric motors, so that direct thermal contact between winding and sensor is given. To detect the temperature of the windings of all phases, the PTC sensors should be connected in series. TDK is offering standard single and triple sensors versions as well as customized assemblies.
