A. It is a constant that represents hysteresis loss when a magnetic material is operating in the Rayleigh region, as shown in the following formula.

Here:

  • tanδh : Hysteresis loss coefficient
  • μ : Relative permeability in the Rayleigh region
  • Bm : Maximum magnetic flux density (T)
