TDK Corporation (TSE:6762) presents the EPCOS aluminum electrolytic capacitors B43706* and B43726* series with screw terminals. The new components are designed for rated voltages between 400 V DC and 500 V DC and cover a capacitance range of 820 µF to 15,000 µF.
TDK Corporation (TSE:6762) presents the new B43707* and B43727* series of EPCOS aluminum electrolytic capacitors with screw terminals. They are designed for rated voltages of between 400 V DC and 450 V DC and cover a capacitance range from 1800 µF to 18,000 µF. One particular feature of this series is their high CV product, which enables very compact dimensions. Depending on capacitance and voltage the capacitors measure in at just 51.6 mm x 80.7 mm to 76.9 mm x 220.7 mm (d x h).

The aluminum electrolytic capacitors with screw terminals feature solid terminals designed to carry high currents. Typically they are connected to the surrounding application by bus bars. Arrays of capacitors can be designed to form banks with a multiple of the rated voltage, capacitance and ripple current capabilities. Advanced series feature extremely compact dimensions, outstanding ripple current capabilities and an extra long useful life. Typical applications are frequency converters, wind power generators, UPS, traction and professional power supplies. The option for heatsink mounting available at TDK strongly increases the ripple current capabilities and the useful life. Additional options such as protection against polarity reversal, extra low inductance and mounting accessories are also available.
